Poor service

I went to mafikeng the fix store today and the was this other boy,his approach was very bad, and I told him that he must at least great people before talking to them based on certain issues therefore he was stubborn and never intending to fix his nasty attitude,I asked him for the manager he claimed that He is the manager when I got to the tills ,I found from the cashier that the guy he is not the manager and that might put the manager at risk as well.

COMPLAINT

I visited THE FIX- Newtown junction branch this morning around 11:20 and as I walked in on my right by the till was a tall lady who was busy on her phone. I greeted her but got no answer.

I then proceeded to ask her for black plain t shirts as they were not on the shelf, and she again ignored me. It was only when I got annoyed and asked her how she can carry on being on her phone while I need help when she told me she was not in yesterday so she has no idea if there is still stock. She shouted across to the back of the room where another lady told me the few black tshirts were under a pink t-shirt, which is when a young man whose name I asked for- ANAKO came to assist me. When we were on the till area doing the exchange, the rude lady was still busy on her phone right next to us.

It was to my utter shock and disgust that I learned she is actually either a supervisor or the manager when the young man asked her to authorize something for him. Now, if TFG is hiring such individuals to lead their teams, we are doomed.

I wonder what examples she is setting for the people she leads. Please can someone take that lady to do a people's skills training as she has none at all - very disappointing- NXA

Good morning . My name is Duwayne Nuweland,i need your help with a problem with a purchase what i made at the fix oudtshoorn. On 01 September i made a purchase and paid via capitec card and by that time there was loadshedding and didnt went throughon your side by on my side.The manager told me that i csnt take the clothes and that i must pay cash and pay cash ,but after 3 days visit your store again to see if the electric payment was through on your side and side she it was through but cant refund the cash payment and head office shall reverse the electric payment transaction for me ;,i did wait for 2 weeks but still payment yesterday i wass there again because it is more then a month now,my queston is why can the manager not refund the cash payment that i paid in store at store level Can you please assist me this matter . Bad customer service

I went to the fix In Pretoria church Street on Wednesday next to Shoprite, wanted to fit a white shirt because we were looking for a theme, a lady I don't know if it's a manager or what but she rudely told me I can't fit a white shirt and when I told her I'm not wearing any make up and if it gets dirty I would pay for it she denied me raising her voice I felt so embarassed. I don't know the name of the lady as they were not even wearing name tags, the customer experience was bad and I left the store without buying because I wasn't treated well. Please improve your customer experience service as we come to your stores wanting to buy and be treated with good company culture.i wouldn't recommend that the fix store rude staff

Hello,Last on the 29th of August I went to "THE FIX KIMBERLY CBD"With an Account card and before that it's been 3 years now am using this card and it's my boyfriend "TFG card ,So he has been paying this card for such a long time and most of the Shops I used this card it was mostly at JET,FOSHIN, @HOME and they never asked for my boyfriend signature or his presence to come and sign so I been using my signature,So this Cashier refuse to help me after so many years I have been using this card at their own store "Saying that this is not my card but all along she have been helping me knowing that's not my card ...
